Responsibilities
  • Procure price and availability from suppliers.
  • Check data accuracy on orders and invoices.
  • Provide support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Oversee and manage internal and customer WhatsApp groups, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Maintain and update system.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Matric (Senior Certificate).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ earthmoving / parts sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Earthmoving-related sales experience.
  • Proficient in related systems (Catsis, Prosis, etc.).
  • External sales experience.
  • Systems experience (Quickbooks, Pastel, SAP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration
  • R12 000 - R15 000
